REVIT - Technologist / Part II Architectural Assistant / Architect — Remote / Worthing Area

FRESH Architects Ltd are seeking a confident and capable Part II Architectural Assistant, Architect or Technologist to join our expanding team.

This position offers the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel for site visits and measured surveys in the Worthing area.

About the Role

You will be responsible for developing concept designs and technical drawing packages across a range of residential and commercial projects.

This is an independent role that requires strong self-management, clear communication, and good technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop concept designs and technical information using Autodesk Revit.

  • Support all project stages — from concept design through to planning and building regulations documentation.

  • Carry out measured surveys and attend site visits as required.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project information.

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all outputs.

Essential Requirements

  • Exceptional proficiency in Autodesk Revit — this is non-negotiable.

  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy.

  • Able to work independently from home with minimal supervision.

  • Own transport and based in or near Worthing, West Sussex (for local site work).

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
