Our clients for this property wanted to renovate their home located in East Preston. The proposal is to create a two storey side extension which would accommodate: At ground floor a new large open plan kitchen / dining / living, utility room, office space, a cloakroom and a separate snug room. The open plan is proposed to have a partly pitched partly flat roof with a vaulted ceiling.

At first floor, the proposal is to have a new large master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite.
