Contemporary Coastal House Remodel

This project involves the transformation of an existing 5 bedroom property into a spacious 2 bedroom home designed to better suit the client’s lifestyle. The proposal includes a first-floor extension over the existing balcony and the creation of light-filled, characterful spaces with a distinctive architectural style.

All windows will be replaced with slim black aluminium frames, and a new entrance porch and enlarged hallway will enhance the arrival experience. The design retains the square external form of the original house, complemented by a new in-and-out driveway and Mediterranean-inspired landscaping for privacy and visual appeal. A new rooftop terrace will serve as a unique social hub.

The overall design combines modern functionality with distinctive architectural character, reimagining the home as a contemporary coastal retreat.
