Private House - Worthing

Our clients approached us with the desire to replace their existing rear conservatory with a more functional and integrated single-storey extension that felt more connected to the rest of the home. By working within their Permitted Development Rights, we were able to design a simple, elegant brick extension that blends in beautifully with the existing house.

A big part of the brief was to let in as much natural light as possible and to make the most of the garden views. We focused on creating a bright, open kitchen and dining space that feels calm, welcoming, and closely connected to the outdoors.

The result is a space that brings the garden right up to the home, perfect for everyday living and entertaining alike.
