The brief for this house in the Centre of the Conservation Area of Brighton is to convert the loft and renovate the ground floor. We have proposed a contemporary glazed loft conversion, a ground floor window seat looking into the garden and some further improvements to the ground floor including an open plan kitchen-dining.
