Loft Conversion in Goring-by-Sea

We are excited to share a first look at our latest residential project located in Goring-by-Sea. Our design proposal includes a two-storey south-facing extension, a full-width single-storey rear extension and a comprehensive loft conversion, carefully planned to transform the existing home and provide generous contemporary living spaces.

The ground floor has been re-imagined to form a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, complimented by a separate snug/TV room for quieter moments. The rear extension features a flat roof with roof lanterns and expansive glazing across the back of the property, maximising natural daylight and strengthening the connection to the garden. Practical family living was an important part of the brief. The scheme introduces a large new utility room, a dedicated boot room and a WC with shower, ensuring functionality sits effortlessly alongside modern design.

At first floor level, the layout is being re-imagined to provide 3-4 bedrooms whilst the loft will be converted to form a luxurious master suite, incorporating a spacious ensuite with a separate bath, offering a calm and private retreat. This additional floor transforms the home's overall potential and creates an impressive vertical connection through the house.
