Private Home Renovation in Worthing

We are delighted to be working on a transformative renovation of a detached home in the heart of Worthing, just moments from the sea.

The project reimagines the existing house, removing outdated features such as a garage, sunroom, and single-storey side extension, and replacing them with contemporary spaces while keeping the traditional style externally and towards the main road.

The ground floor will feature a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that seamlessly connects to the garden, creating a bright and inviting hub for family life. A self-contained annex, gym, offices, pantry, utility room, and a new garage ensure the home meets modern living needs. Upstairs, spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes provide comfort and luxury, while the master bedroom at loft level will offer a private retreat with views to the garden, framed by a gable-end design with expansive glazing.

Outside, the front garden is to be landscaped with flower beds and with a large area of resin bound gravel or alike whilst extending and creating a double garage.
