Residential Loft Conversion in Worthing

This project involved the transformation of an unused loft space into a generous new living area, carefully designed to maximise both functionality and comfort. The scheme created two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, as well as valuable built-in storage to make the most of the available space.

Given the unusually large footprint of the loft and the complexity of the existing trussed roof structure, the project was engineered using Telebeam technology, which allowed us to reconfigure the structure without the need for a traditional dormer extension. This approach not only preserved the external character of the property but also delivered an efficient and cost-effective solution.

A key design focus was ensuring the new rooms felt bright and welcoming. To achieve this, a series of large roof windows were installed, flooding the interiors with natural daylight and creating a strong connection to the outside environment. The result is a light-filled, modern loft conversion that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home, providing significant additional living space while enhancing the property’s overall value and appeal.
